LRH Return Policy

We want you to love your LRH streetwear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability.

Print-on-Demand Items

Please note that our products are made-to-order. We cannot accept returns on items that have been customized or personalized unless there is a defect or error on our part.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at luhredhood@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at luhredhood@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
